MethodologyOur methodology is based upon the pre-requisite of clearly defined functional and design specifications produced in Phase One of the project. Our approach is underpinned by a strong emphasis on close liaison with you, ensuring “client sign-off” at each stage, delivery of robust and scaleable solutions for current and future needs, inter-operability of any web applications and access to “industry standard” outcomes. CollaborationWe collaborate with each client to obtain a definitive understanding of the concept, objectives and outcomes of the project. Then quite simply, we will place ourselves in the shoes of the end users (including client and their target audience) to view requirements from all angles. These two positions then inform the technical, creative and conceptual development and application. Our strong emphasis on functionality, usability and integration into client’s operations drives our decision making responsibilities. Our blueprint for successOur experience and expertise in the development and implementation of e-business solutions recommends a rigorous methodology with flexibility to accommodate all client needs and resources. We generally follow an “industry standard” project lifecycle approach based on five key phases: Initiation/Consultation, Analysis and Solutions, Development, Deployment/Evaluation and Training/Support.
