To reach the diverse market that sources the services of Brynhild, SM2 developed a web site to introduce this newly formed company and new brand. Brynhild Investment Trust plans to establish a network of supported accommodation hostels throughout Brisbane. The directors are aware of the current accommodation climate and the lack of truly decent rental places for the disadvantaged.
The supported accommodation that is provided should be flexible and supported by a number of service providers and a continuum of support options. Brynhild plans to provide supported accommodation for people who have a need for this type of housing. One of the key points to service options within supported accommodation is that people with a disability and older people should maintain their independence and have a level of self-determination. All supported accommodation should be tailored to individual needs and these needs should be in response to the wishes expresses by the resident.
The new site by SM2 features galleries so carers and residents can view the facilities and grounds available. The site also features a document management system so relevant documents, articles and white papers on the industry can be easily accessible to download or view online. As this industry is constantly changing, the site gives the users the ability to subscribe to the site to receive newsletters right in their inbox! This ensures up to the date information is constantly available and accessible.
