SM2 was contracted to create a design that is GSA branded but is contextualised for the student target audience group. Each region of Australia in each government sector has an administrator. To allow the nation wide content writers to edit and maintain the content on the site to ensure the content delivered was constantly up to date, SM2 created a front end data entry facility for these administrators. As many of the administrators would not be able to attend training on how to use the system, SM2 created Specific Training Materials for the administrators. SM2 developed training materials specific to the nation wide administrators web management needs on how to add training information and upload PDF documents to the Careers website for example. This was suggested to provide a quick and simple method of up-skilling the administrators and to reduce support calls to GSA. Sm2 also created and distributed a Flash presentation displaying the steps an administrator will follow to edit and add training information and upload a PDF. As a lot of the content is in depth and not ideal for screen reading or to be used by teachers, counsellors and parents as hand outs, the site also features a component to facilitate the portability of content of the website pages and downloadable PDF documents (Fact Sheets). These fact sheets could also be added to a download cart and added to a downloadable zip.
The administrators of the site also have the ability mark a job as a "Hot Job" that will feature on the home page that can highlight in demand or skill shortages positions. As many government sectors have unique marketing material available in digital format, SM2 created the ability for the site administrators to upload existing marketing material such as PDF's to be downloadable and added to the Zip cart. This information could be specific to each user login or region. As the target audience are fast and hungry consumers in the digital age, the site has the ability for the administrators to upload Flash video with a Flash Player in content items to emphasis career stories.

Needing to raise the profile among young school leavers that a career in the Government sectors can be diverse and rewarding, Government Skills Australia (GSA) approached SM2 after the launch of their other successful project collaboration to create an online careers directory.
The site features an extensive and fully customised search component that allows the users to search across sectors, regions, alphabetically, by keyword and also by a Flash map.
