Michaela is to attend to the Women in Technology (WIT) "Meet Your Match" event to be held at the IBM Building in Brisbane City on Thursday 23rd March 2007. Finding the right mentor can be the best thing that ever happened to your career. Michaela will attend this event to offer her services as and/or find a mentor. Becoming a successful mentor can be a very rewarding personal experience. At the event, Michaela will hear from successful mentors and mentees as well as have the opportunity to participate in some fun matching activities. It has been highlighted as a great networking with other ICT professionals. Women in Technology (WIT) is one of Queensland's most active and respected technology industry associations.Our mission is to create a sustainable network of members focused on the advancement of women in technology industries; including information communication technology, biotechnology and engineering. WIT provides networking events, professional development and mentoring opportunities for over 600 members ranging from students to executives. |
