 Sponsored Site The Effectiveness Training Institute of Australia (ETIA) Ltd is a not-for-profit, community based organisation that is dedicated to making courses in communication and conflict resolution skills available and accessible to all people in Australia. ETIA's mission is; "to bring peace to the world by offering people in families, schools and the workplace the skills they need to build and maintain satisfying relationships." Both Kley McPherson (SM2's founder) and Larne Wellington (SM2 Business Consultant) have attended ETIA courses and have been inspired by the contribution the organisation and its instructors have and are having. The organisation, being volunteer based, needed much more cost effective means to communicate information across the community. SM2 provide a dotOffice website solution on a cost recovery basis and also provides complimentary website hosting. We hope that our small effort assists ETIA with their quality work.
