signature product, the Nathan Profiler online application. After a successful tender, SM2 was awarded the contract to provide consultancy services to finalise functional and creative design requirements, creative design services to produce interface layouts, create a new corporate identity for the Nathan Profiler application and provide strategic and usability services to create a usable work flow and layouts for the application for the third party developed existing application. SM2 worked in closed collaboration with the third party developers and Franchise Relationships Institute, acting as a facilitator and providing feedback to both organisations.
