Agevo Branding and Web Project

agevo Agevo is an Australian based company that provides industrial strength software solutions specialising in Fresh Produce Production, Processing, and Food Manufacturing. Agevo products concentrate on managing the entire business with particular attention to improving business profit, cost control, and traceability.

Agevo as a new software solution provider in the aggressive market of agricultural software needed to stand out over the long standing suppliers worldwide. Agevo had to be competitive on the world stage.

SM2 was brought on board to design and develop the new corporate identity, website, software packages and screens.  

Creative

agevo-splash-screenThe brand needed to be diverse, adaptable, be applied online and offline and reach the diverse worldwide market. As the logo would be used in many formats, such as web, mobile phones and in various countries and cultures, Agevo wanted the logo device to be a stand alone element that would be clearly representative of Agevo brand and not reliant on any other branding.

The Agevo brand needed to grab the market, focus attention and deliver a response  rapidly to ensure the new business was viable for investors. The Agevo brand needed to have a number of different elements, the design also needed to be flexible to suit different worldwide markets. The graphics often need to work from small desktop icons to tradeshow banner sizes; the colour palettes from print, embroidery to web.

 The Agevo company required a pictorial representation of the spectrum of services they provide. SM2 created a strong visual image showing the divisions and software versions by the photographic elements in the design and the symbolic colours. 

Technology 

agevo The website needed to be launched rapidly to coincide with an aggressive tradeshow circuit regime on the American market. The site not only looks good, but it's user-friendly, interactive and easy to update. Due to the diverse range of technical knowledge of the visitor's to the site would have, navigation is intuitive and content is precise and to the point. The site is also built using Joomla! as the content management system, that enables Agevo access for easy updating. This is not only economical, this makes it easy to keep the site up-to-date. Changes can be made to the text inhouse, as and when needed.
