Avantic Software approached SM2 after working collaboratively with another client on a project.  Avantic Software where impressed with the quality, speed and skill of our work and approached us to work with them on their new identity.

Avantic Software is just under 2 years old and is a micro business that provide identified a lack of affordable Java based software development and hosting in Brisbane and also identified a lack of affordable enterprise class server hosting nation wide which resulted in the creation of this new business.

Avantic Software provide software development and professional services in addition to managed hosting and support. They specialise in Java based applications, ranging from simple web applications through to clustered Enterprise applications and enterprise class Server Hosting.

After an extensive creative review of the business it was identified that SM2 was to design a brand that contains the company name and an symbolic element. It will be required to work well on the web and print, incorporate the 'Web 2.0' theme but keeping professional. The branding needed to reflect themes of young, bright thinking and capable, confident but friendly.
