SM2 also activated a secure log in area for council members of CHARTTE’s to view sensitive documents, such as minutes, financials and correspondence. There are different levels of access, allowing access to certain document types, the ability to update, upload and create new documents. With CHARTTES located in a different state and time zone, SM2 was able to successfully maintain and manage the development of the site and mange the project with time and distance restrictions. CHARTTES Training Advisory Council is the principal advisor to the Northern Territory Department of Employment, Education and Training on Vocational Education and Training (VET) Matters, in the Cultural, Recreation and Tourism industries and community sectors.

CHARTTES approached SM2 to redevelop their old, out of date website. Their site had grown too organically over time and had lost order, ease of use and was hard to navigate within. SM2 created a more streamline site, with clearer, defined navigation and categories.
