Skills Recognition Launch Project

 Skills Recognition Project

SM2 designed the promotional items, Flash animations, branding, web usability and design for the Skills Recognition Project that was officially launched on Tuesday 9 December 2009 by the project managers TAFE NSW.

SM2 have extensive expertise creating usable design and were approached again by TAFE NSW to create the design for the Skills Recognition website and microsites.

SM2 provided design, consultancy and coding in the following areas:

  • Creative Design services to produce web designs for Skills Book - a 3rd Party Developed Online Application and for the Skills Recognition sites
  • SM2 provided furthere creative design services to produce required web site interfaces for 2 x Skills Recognition microsites
  • SM2 then supplied the source design files to Skills Recognition for internal implementation
  • SM2 also worked with TAFE NSW in a Consultancy capacity, providing feedback on supplied documentation, existing specifications, Skills Book application and wireframes and required resources, Defined high level functional and design specifications and liaised with Skills Recognition to define the required user interface, functional characteristics and site map of the application
  • Skills Recognition A3 PosterDesign and coding of Flash Animation for the launch event

  • A3 Posters
  • Flash animation for the web site
  • Self Evaluation Flash Quiz Design and usability

SM2 began development of the project on immediately in time for client to undertake internal testing and review and for the tight launch date. 

SM2 had already undertaken Stage One of the project which was to create the brand and a static HTML in 2007. Read more about Stage One of this project.
