CHARTTES Training Advisory Council is governed by a Management Committee drawn from members of the industry and community sectors that it represents. Its coverage includes Tourism & Hospitality, Sport & Recreation, Culture & the Arts. SM2 created a updated site for the long standing client, using a third party designed template supplied by the client. The current site architecture, menu items and layout were reviewed and evaluated. Old content was cleaned out and rewritten to be more suitable for the web. The site features email marketing, Search engine friendly links tool, a client relationship mangement tool and a board members only area.

CHARTTES Training Advisory Council is the principal advisor to the Northern Territory Department of Education and Training on Vocational Education and Training (VET) Matters, in the Cultural, Recreation and Tourism Industries and Community Sectors.
SM2 worked with CHARTTES to give the old, out dated site a revamp.
