During April to June 2010, the Community Services and Health Industry Skills Council commenced their first National Careers and Employment Roadshow. During the roadshow they travelled to 13 cities, delivering 15 workshops to over 400 community services and health stakeholders on how to use new online career tools, Careers That Matter, Competency Matrix and Pathways That Matter. Of these tools, Careers That Matter and Competency Matrix where both developed by SM2.

This free National Careers and Employment Roadshow is visiting major cities and regional centres during April and May offering adults first-hand demonstrations on how they can use CS&H ISC resources to plot their own career path and train in new skills, and explaining to trainers and employers how to use these resources to help others as well as identify competency gaps.

On Tuesday, 30 March 2010, Facebook sent Australian Facebook page administrators a reminder email about protecting your Facebook Fan pages postings and reminded them of the tools available to help moderate content on their discussion boards. This reminder was sent in response to the deaths of Australian children that prompted several Facebook pages as a channel for their grief.

The letter pointed out features including the ability to block videos and photos, removing pieces of individual content and even the ability to ban abusive posters.
