He established SM2 simply as a customer service business that utilises the most appropriate technology available to meet the customer's needs. Kley's total commitment to quality and service and extensive knowledge of the internet environment adds much value and insight to the conceptual and contextual direction of each unique project. He has a strong emphasis on partnering with the client to optimise project outcomes.
