During April to June 2010, the Community Services and Health Industry Skills Council commenced their first National Careers and 
Employment Roadshow. During the roadshow they travelled to 13 cities, delivering 15 workshops to over 
400 community services and health stakeholders on how to use new online career tools, Careers That Matter (http://careersthatmatter.com.au), Competency Matrix (https://www.cshisc.com.au/index.php?option=com_training Itemid=607)   
and Pathways That Matter (http://www.pathwaysthatmatter.com.au/). Of these tools, Careers That Matter and Competency Matrix where both developed by SM2.

			<title>SM2 Sites Featured in National Careers and Employment Roadshow</title>

The SM2 designed and developed careers and 
employment websites for the Community Services and Health Industry Skills Council (CS H ISC) have been greatly received by the industry. The sites, Careers that Matter and the Competency Matrix are being showcased during the Careers and Employment 
Roadshow held by the CS H ISC.



This free National Careers and Employment Roadshow is visiting major 
cities and regional centres during April and May offering adults 
first-hand demonstrations on how they can use CS H ISC resources to 
plot their own career path and train in new skills, and explaining 
to trainers and employers how to use these resources to help others as 
well as identify competency gaps.
