Branding is a relatively new concept to Dentistry and I had seen the effects of both good and bad branding in some of practices of my peers. I knew that when I moved and established my new practice, it had to branded correctly, to properly portray our specialist training and abilities, as well as the high quality customer service we were committing to.

I was pleasantly surprised that SM2 did not take the branding exercise as an opportunity to provide me with some artwork for a logo, but instead used the opportunity to learn about my business and my staff. Michaela and Mark then set about creating a colour scheme, fonts and logo that epitomised who we are and what we do. We couldn't have been happier with the outcome.

In fact, we were so happy with their creative design that we asked them to help by coming up with a solution for a screening pattern on our window front, and we had no hesitation in having them produce our website - which also conveys the professionalism and overall feel of our practice.

I would be happy to recommend SM2 to any of my colleagues.
